Yeah, it will probably be a minor penalty that really has no impact on anything. It will be utterly disheartening to learn that the phrase "cheaters never prosper" doesn't apply here in Chapel Hill.

I wonder happens with the NCAA if they choose the easy way out? How will other schools then react when supposed violations are brought to the public arena? If they can't penalize 18 years of systemic academic fraud, why even pretend to care about amateur athletics?
