Summer league for Perry

My daughter just called to tell me Perry Ellis is to be with the Pelicans on their summer league. I hope her source is correct and that this could be promising for Perry's NBA future!

Correction: Perry tweeted he'll be with the Mavericks this summer. Still sounds good!

Has there been any news about Selden since the draft? Hope he gets the same chance as Perry; Bill Self was correct in thinking these young men would fare well in the long run, at least in Perry's case.

I surely would appreciate some replies, pro or con, to my posts. Since teachers, even subs, have the summer off, this board is a great source of entertainment for me. I check it at least twice a day for any tidbit about our 'Hawks.

I don't have anything to add but appreciate your postings. I just haven't had time to go "in search of" much in regard to KU BB right now but would love to read an update on ole Green eyes- lol

Excuse my ignorance, but which player is ole Green eyes? If it's Greene, I haven't been able to find any news about him. Perry is the only one I know of who was drafted, as a restricted free agent, I believe. Will continue to search for info on both him and Selden.

I'm going to miss him almost as much as I did TRob. Wayne is so softspoken and articulate.
