Thank you, Perry.

Enjoy, my friends. :)

A must read is an understatement. Any Kansas fan that reads this will stir up their own memories, and they will never utter another negative word about Perry. Well done and may success be with you Chef Perry, Wilt II, or whatever you choose.

I would love to have a picture of him and Wilt together back in the day! ;)

(A hint to you Photoshop users, and TIA!)

Well done Perry. What a total class act. This reminds me of a letter from my favorite Jayhawk to us fans some 8 years ago. Following is a link to Darnell Jackson's letter to the fans. DBlock's Letter

Don't worry about the mules, just load the wagon!!

I have always been a Perry Ellis fan. It is tough to raise my admiration and appreciation of him, but that letter did so.

I had the opportunity to meet Perry after a Texas Tech game in Lubbock a few years ago. I was visiting my son in Midland and he had purchased tickets to the KU game. It was the one Andrew Wiggins hit a game-winning shot with just a few seconds left to keep the TT students from storming the court. My son and I decided to stick around after the game and waited for the players to come out of the locker room to get onto the bus. There were about 40-50 fans waiting and most of the guys were very cordial...especially Perry I spoke with him shortly and he was very focused on what I had to say. That, along with chatting briefly with Bob Davis was definitely a highlight of that trip!!
