WVU definitely has a style that is at risk in the NCAA tourney. The refs seem to have an ax to grind with them.

Don't worry about the mules, just load the wagon!!

Well what I 've seen of the start of the second half, WVU picking up the dribble with no help coming to the ball leading to a turnover. Another standing flat footed for a rebound leading to an offensive rebound and put back. And guys in blue diving for the ball and jumping passing lanes.

Somebody wants the win and is working for it, somebody is expecting it to come to them.

I've never been a believer in WVU's chances to win it all just because it seems doubtful they could ever get that far without drawing a bunch of refs who would call the game tightly. I assumed they'd get a win or two this year, but they play too physical to go on a long run this time of year.

Mongo just pawn in game of life.

I'm pulling for WVU big-time. If the 2nd-place finisher in the Big 12 can't take down a 14 seed, then our league is even more pathetic in the tourney than Mellinger and many of us have said.

They have to pull this out. But I see zero energy and a team with flat feet. Did we wear them out or crush their confidence in the Big 12 final?
