Texas -- 1
Texas Tech -- 3
Kansas -- 5
Oklahoma -- 8
Iowa St. -- 12
Kansas St. -- 13
West Virginia -- 18
Oklahoma St. -- 19
TCU -- 27
Baylor -- 28

These will improve. I am betting all 10 Big 12 teams will be in the top 20 in the SOS by the start of the NCAA Tourney

...but we don't have to play ourselves outside of practice. :D
