"I feel great for those kids in the locker room. I think they competed in very difficult circumstances. This is a great place to play college basketball. And I think we ought to congratulate Missouri because, as much as they lost last year, and still be able to do what they've done this year is a credit to Norm and his staff.

"Paul O'Liney played his tail off. He didn't have a great night shooting the ball, yet in the second half I thought he was making everything.

"We got a little tentative at one point there in the second half, and I really thought Jacque's big three from the top of the key was very important to us and gave us a little bit of a lift, because they'd cut it to four, five or six. And then after that I thought we were sensational because we kept getting the ball inside. Scot Pollard made two big hoops for us or we got free throws, and then we went to the line and made the free throws as well.

"I really got irritated with Greg early, because I thought he wasn't going at the defense. He was content to fall away. Scot got in and got in a rhythm, and so we decided to go with Scot a little bit more. That's not anything against Greg, because Greg's been huge for us in a lot of wins.

"Any win's a good win; I don't care where it is. But we like to start with a win as opposed to a loss, but we've got 13 more to play."
