So, Biden made this statement in June (not February) and there actually was NOT a vacancy on the court; he was addressing a hypothetical situation; I'd say that's very weak support for Senate repubs not doing the job they were elected to do.

The scuttlebutt is that President Obama is vetting Brian Sandoval as a potential SCOTUS nominee. Sandoval is the moderate REPUBLICAN governor of Nevada. Obama, the chess master, has just made a great move.

Is there any way to tell which post Senex responded to (without having to think too hard about it). It's tougher here b/c it's on teh second page and not indented. Does that mean he responded to the initial post? If not, how can you tell. Just curious b/c I've encountered this situation a couple of times. Thanks, in advance, for any help!
