Click on the filmstrip icon. If the video is from a provider, such as Youtube, use that box. Select the provider, and paste in the video's ID. This will vary according to provider. On Youtube it is the code immediately after the "v=." Then click insert.

Always preview before posting to make sure it is working and that you are uploading the correct video.
