You gotta feel bad for that kid. 1-4 for the night with 2 doinks and one total shank. You hate to place blame, but in this case, it's hard to avoid. No shock that he shanked the last one badly. I'm sure his nerves were totally shot after the consecuitve bank shot misses.
Oh well, here's hoping that the "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger" thing applies here and he goes on to a successful career in kicking.
In the meantime 5-0!!! Heck, here I am posting on the football board! The 2nd half was pretty ugly, but between our current coach and the attitude in general of the players, they'll take the game tape home, study it, and make adjustments.
Very happy to see the students celebrating on the field. I'm ok with that. Just stay off the court in AFH!
