Texas Tech + Oklahoma recaps...

- Texas Tech: Not much positive to talk about here. Really expected a closer game (see this week's KState result). Defense showed some improvement.

- Oklahoma: Wow, where did this come from? Who knows, but this was a fun one to watch. KU held the lead until the 4th quarter. Defense held OU scoreless until almost halfway through the 3rd quarter. Devin Neal had 2 TD's and 100 yards rushing. Jason Bean had 246 yards passing with 1 passing TD, and 59 yards rushing. The official's call on the OU 4th down conversion in the 4th quarter has a lot of people debating and scratching heads. If a few things had gone KU's way, this would have been one of the biggest upsets in the programs history. Still, lots of positives from both sides of the ball in this game.

I loved the game this week. So many friends called and texted complaining that they lost their betting pool cuz KU showed up and covered. Ha!! Love it.

I had friends from around the country asking if I was following the score….I had to be out and about yesterday.
