QB Ghost

MacVittie comes in as a top juco QB. He doesn't win the starting job, and has not been mentioned by a coach or media report since.

No discussion of his role next year, and nothing about him when Miles and staff talk about adding a QB for next year.

Most odd to me is the complete lack of media reporting on him. Not even a mention. It seems as if he's 100% off limits for any discussion.

Strange.

It's interesting. He was touted coming into this season. In his JUCO season, MacVittie put up some good stats. From what I could find, he didn't really do anything at Pitt (I remember someone on Twitterverse saying he only saw time with special teams).

With Coach Miles statement that the QB position was a priority, that raises questions about MacVittie's role next season.
