Putting Mason on Payton has paid off. Mason is just a solid gold player for KU.

Yes Perry did "wake up" a bit. But where did the majority of those points come from???? NOT within 3 feet. He should just stay out of the paint. For the life of me I have never seen a four year player look so weak with the ball inside at KU.

Great lesson for HCBS tonight. He can win a game with Mickelson playing more minutes than Lucas or Traylor. Hopefully this can be a trend starter.

Another thing that might be looked at....the press works. Good grief does he have the athletes!!! I say use that athletic ability to get a lead in every game. Just an idea.
