Oklahoma, UConn, Tulsa, Wichita State 5/14/01 - I have seen Taj's name out there floating around among those interested in KU and as a local kid there would be a great angle on his recruiting but little else to report at this time. With very specific needs right now, I would be surprised to see Taj high on KU's list. Without the new rules, they might of offered to fill out their class but probably not now. 11/16/01 - Taj is getting interest from a growing number of schools. With the revision in the 5/8 rule, many schools may be looking to get that extra scholarship player in the spring. The athletic forward averaged 19 points, 10 rebounds and five blocks per game as a junior.
