"I told 'em that I thought they fought very hard, and that if we had played that hard a couple of other times this year I think it would really have helped us in some of the games in which we didn't play as well. But that's a very good basketball team that we played, and I think we've got to understand that. Tinsley and Horton and Sullivan, those guys on the perimeter, are really, really good. We did some nice things offensively, but they guard you pretty well and were able to get some turnovers, and turned those into baskets. We tried to play zone to see if we could keep particularly Kirk and Jeff in the game the whole game because Tinsley and Horton put so much pressure on you with their penetration, the guys who guard them are gonna make a lot of fouls. And it hurt us at the end when those two guys fouled out. "Kirk and Jeff and Kenny and Brett, those guys tried awfully hard defensively today, but (ISU) made some shots."
