Cap-and-Trade

Here's a link to an article in the Boston Herald that reports "cap-and-trade" has brought nearly $500 million into the economy and has created nearly 4,000 in-state jobs. I guess I know now why the POTR is against cap-and-trade: it's good for the economy and it can create jobs.
