missing the point...

the point is based upon the information at the time, was the decision a good one or a bad one. It shouildn't be about going back and judging the decision based upon new information. You judge the decision based upon the information at that point in time.

You certainly can go back and judge the information that was used, but that is a different thing.

For the record, I was completely against going into Iraq. I believed it to be incorrect at thte time for a large variety of reasons. I stand by those reasons and assessment.
