So, in line with that, although I can't say I've never met a man I didn't like, he seems like a pretty good hire.
I'll feel a lot better about his hire on National Signing Day (Feb 1, right?) if we're seeing some quality signings on D. It seems he should be a decent recruiting asset in Texas, although after this year's Dallas defensive lapses, some players there -- and even their more experienced and knowledgable Cowboys fan parents -- might have second thoughts. "Yeah, he was, but is he still? Was last year with Dallas his new norm, or the bottom of a cycle, and he'll soon be flying high with me (my son) on the field?"
Only time will tell, but in the meantime, I'll have some more of that KoolAid, please... sure hope it's as tasty as it promises to be!

"So let us not talk falsely now, the hour is getting late" -- Bob DylanTravel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one's lifetime. - Mark Twain, "Innocents Abroad""Out of the tree of life I just picked me a plum...
