I never thought much of Campo when he was with the Cowboys (just because I've always disliked the latter), but that just changed 110% now that he's a Hawk!
Still not sure about this one, but Weis, I'm sure, knows what he's doing. And we can surmise a few things on the positive side of the ledger right from the outset:
* He has big-time experience at all levels
* He's known success when he has the talent to work with
* He's got the NFL rings and the Cowboy imprint to help us recruit the bejeebus out of Texas
* He's worked all his life with DBs, so his ability to talk that talk and walk that walk should put us in good stead in the living rooms of many aspiring high school corners and safeties
* KU's defense, an abysmal national embarrassment all season in 2011, has nowhere to go but up
Rock Chalk!!!
