This has been one of my biggest issues with public schools...the food! Years ago when my boys were in school I asked the superintendent how it was that the kids are taught to eat healthy and yet they are fed processed, fried, nasty food daily....he refused to let me talk to the school board about. His answer was that the district employed a professional food supervisor One of the nastiest meals served at that time was a hot dog inside a fried burrito
